Lanier's Campground
Lanier's Campground is a full service campground in Surf City. Located along the waterway dividing mainland North Carolina and Topsail Island. This facility features 44 full hook-up RV lots for overnight camping as well as numerous lots for year-round tenants. There are also tent lots for those who want a more rustic camping experience. Other amenities include a boating and fishing pier, horseshoe pits, picnic tables, laundry facilities, a bathhouse with hot showers, an in-ground swimming pool with a concrete deck area, an arcade and recreation hall, and an on-site snack shop.

Topsail Sound RV Park is another solid option for RV campers. Located near the beaches of Topsail Sound and the town of Wilmington, this facility has 345 RV lots, many of which are outfitted for full hook ups. Guests have access to a bathhouse, laundry room, arcade, playground and outdoor swimming pool. There is also a nearby public fishing and boating pier. Blackbeard's Treasure Campground is a family-oriented facility situated just over the draw bridge in Surf City. You can rent by the day, week or month. Full hook-up RV sites as well as tent lots are available. Residents can arrange for RV and boat storage with campground staff.
