Pohick Bay Regional Park is located south of McLean in Lorton, Virginia. On-site features include boat access onto the Potomac River, weekend watercraft rentals, picnic shelters, restrooms, bathhouses, laundry and a camp store. Activities include boating, hiking, swimming in the outdoor pool, soccer fields, miniature golf and a playground. RV and camper sites come with water and electricity. Some pull-throughs are available as well as tent sites.

Duncan's Family Campground is located southeast of McLean, Virginia, in Lothian, Maryland.
