Lakeside Pines Campground

Lakeside Pines Campground occupies 50 acres of woods between the mountains and sea. The park sits on Long Lake, a 12-mile-long spot for water sports. The grounds include 185 sites with water and electric hookups, a picnic table and fire ring at each site. More secluded or social sites are available and pets are welcome. The park has an on-site store and ice and propane for sale. Both a dumping station and portable dumping service are provided. The campground features private beaches for swimming, and guests can go boating on the lake. Canoe rentals are provided, and the park has both a free launch for campers and an all-weather boat harbor. Many outdoor games are offered--from bocce to volleyball. Kids will enjoy the playground and game room, and the park has many planned activities

Granger Pond Camping Area

Sitting along the border with New Hampshire, Granger Pond Camping Area provides wooded campsites with full hookups, picnic tables and fire rings. Some pull-through sites are available. The park offers a beach and dock on the camp's pond. A playground, sandy play area and a recreation hall have been created just for kids. Guests can request a canoe or row boat at the park or obtain kayak rentals nearby. Granger Pond is just over 10 miles from Bridgton and 25 miles from White Mountain National Forest. White Mountain is a prime climbing destination. The park has several hiking trails of differing intensity, mountain biking trails and mineral collecting is allowed.

Kokatosi Campground

Just over 17 miles west of Bridgton, Kokatosi Campground offers camping near Crescent Lake. Sites include electric and water service or full hookups. The campground has a dumping station and rental trailers are available. Swim along a sandy beach or join the old-fashioned hayride. The campground rents several types of boats, and the lake connects to Tenney River and Panther Pond, so boaters can extend their opportunities for exploration on the water. The grounds include playgrounds and open fields for games and outdoor games and planned activities are available. Sebago Lake State Park is 13 miles from the campground. The state park has cross-country skiing and hiking trails. Swimming, canoeing and motor boats are allowed on the lake.
