P.J. Hoffmaster State Park
The P.J. Hoffmaster State Park has a 293-site, modern campground, with electrical service at each spot. This campground also features restrooms with flush toilets and a children's playground. The park has 10 miles of trails for hiking and cross-country skiing and three miles of shoreline along Lake Michigan. Visitors will find sandy beach areas with picnic tables, fire pits and charcoal grills.

Muskegon KOA
The Muskegon KOA features 90 campsites ranging from tent sites with electrical hookups, to RV sites with full hookups for water, electric and sewage. One and two room cabins are also available. This campground is open from approximately early May to mid-October each year (as of January 2010). Amenities include restrooms and showers, free wireless Internet, dump station, horseshoe pits, volleyball nets, basketball court, playground, two private lakes and a propane fill station. Campers may rent bicycles, canoes, kayaks and pedal boats from the main office during their stay.

Duck Creek RV Resort
Duck Creek RV Resort is a 156-site RV park located across the street from the Michigan's Adventure Amusement Park. Pop-ups, trailers, campers and nearly all types of motor homes are welcome but tent camping is not permitted. Each site features water, electric, sewer and cable television hookups and wireless Internet is available throughout the park. This campground also has restrooms and showers, laundry facilities, heated outdoor pool, playground, shuffleboard and basketball courts, vending machines and a camp store.
