RV Campgrounds near Clines Corner, New Mexico

Clines Corners is easy to find on most maps; it sits approximately 60 miles east of Albuquerque at the spot where I-40 and US 285 intersect. Clines Corners Retail Center is a truck stop, a restaurant, and a collection of shops and stores that offer a welcome break after a long road trip. Although there are no RV campgrounds in Clines Corner, there are a number of them in the vicinity where travelers can unwind for a night or two.

Santa Rosa Campground

Santa Rosa Campground is 57 miles east of Clines Corners, just off I-40. The campground offers 100 spaces with a mixed bag of services (69 pull-through sites, 25 sites with full hookups, 20 sites with 50 amp electric service). Guests are welcome to bring their pets, make use of picnic tables and campfire rings, and access the Internet with free Wi-Fi. There is a playground and a pool on the property, and hiking trails nearby.

Leisure Mountain RV Park

Leisure Mountain Mobile Home and RV Park is located 44 miles west of Clines Corners in Tijeras, New Mexico. The park offers 33 spaces for RVers, including full hookups with 20-, 30- and 50-amp service. This pet-friendly park offers Wi-Fi Internet access, picnic tables and barbecue grills. Guests who stay a month or more pay for their electric use. Rates go up during the Albuquerque Balloon Festival.

Hidden Valley Resort

Hidden Valley Resort, off I-40 at Exit 178 in Tijeras, New Mexico, has 94 sites with full hookups (30 and 50-amp electric) and Wi-Fi Internet access, and over half the sites are pull-throughs. Recreation facilities include swimming pool and hot tub (open from Memorial Day through Labor Day), volleyball and basketball, and hiking trails. Pets are welcome.

Rancheros de Santa Fe Campground

Summer is the time to visit Rancheros de Santa Fe, 44 miles north of Clines Corners on US 285, near Santa Fe. The campground has 117 sites, 52 with full hookups. It's set in the juniper forest near Santa Fe, and the hosts want guests to know that the cell phone reception is just fine and that Wi-Fi hotspots are available throughout the park. Guests enjoy swimming and nightly movies during summer months. Pets are welcome.
