Jellystone Park is a family-friendly campground with various activities for children, including hay rides, go-karts, pools, and miniature golf. RV sites at Jellystone include full hookups, cable TV with over 100 channels, large, paved sites capable of accommodating big rigs, and 50-amp service. To get away from the park, take the 30-minute drive east to Little Tallapoosa Lake where primitive hiking trails abound.

The Atlanta Marietta RV Resort Park is located about an hour and a half from downtown Cedartown, but offers RV campers a wide variety of amenities and services. This resort is located in a rather urban area, so to get away, take the 15-minute drive to Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield Park.
