Bloomfield, New Mexico, RV Parks
Bloomfield is a small city located in northwestern New Mexico, in the Four Corners Region. The Salmon Ruins Anasazi site is just west of Bloomfield, while Navajo Lake State Park, which has hiking, camping, fishing, and boating, is just east. Durango, in Colorado, is 44 miles north, and has skiing, rock climbing, mountaineering, kayaking, and fishing. Bloomfield has several RV parks for visitors to the region.

Angel Peak RV Park

Angel Peak RV Park is a small RV park. Pull-through access for rigs 28 feet wide by 40 feet long is available. Full hookups, with 30-amp and 50-amp electric, water and sewer are provided, and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the facility. Amenities include showers, restrooms and laundry facilities. Pets are welcome at Angel Peak. A convenience store that sells basic groceries and supplies is within walking distance.

Desert Rose Resort

Desert Rose Resort, formerly a KOA, has 77 sites with pull-through access for rigs up to 60 feet in length. Most of the sites are shaded, and full hookups with 30-amp and 50-amp electric, water, sewer and cable TV are provided. Free Wi-Fi is available, as are showers, bathrooms and laundry facilities. Pets are welcome, and there is a pet walking area. A convenience store is located on-site, as is a diner that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Amenities include a playground, game room, hot tub and swimming pool. Desert Rose also has a fly-fishing guide available on-site for a fee.

Ruins Road RV Park

Ruins Road RV Park is located just north of Bloomfield on Highway 550. It has 43 sites with pull-through access and an additional eight sites with back-in access, and waterfront access to the Animas River. Sites have full hookups with 50-amp electric, sewer and water. Free Wi-Fi is available. Guests have access to showers, laundry facilities and bathrooms. Pets are welcome.
