White's City, New Mexico RV Parks

Located a few miles south of the town of Carlsbad, New Mexico, White's City is the gateway town to Carlsbad Caverns National Park, which has 116 caves, including several of the largest in the U.S. The park offers guided tours and opportunities for unguided exploration, as well as backcountry camping and hiking above ground. Brantley Lake State Park, the southernmost lake in New Mexico, is just outside Carlsbad and offers fishing, boating and swimming. White's City is little more than rest stop on the way into Carlsbad Caverns, but it does have an RV park, and several more are located minutes away in Carlsbad.

White's City RV Park

White's City RV Park, the closest RV park to Carlsbad Caverns, has 60 sites with pull-through access and can accommodate big rigs. The sites have shaded picnic tables and full hookups with 50 amp electric, water and sewer. There is no Wi-Fi or cable TV at the site. Laundry facilities, bathrooms and showers are available. An indoor mini-golf course is next door, and the site has a playground. Pets are allowed.

Carlsbad RV Park and Campgrounds

Carlsbad RV Park and Campgrounds is 16 miles north of White's City in Carlsbad, and has 70 RV sites with pull-through access for big rigs. The sites are mostly shaded and include full hookups, with 30 amp and 50 amp electric, water, sewer and cable TV. Picnic tables and camp grills are provided at most sites. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the park. Laundry, restrooms and showers are available to all guests. The park has plenty of recreation, including a pool table, ping pong table, video game room, playground and heated indoor pool. Pets are allowed.

Carlsbad KOA

Carlsbad KOA has 104 sites with pull-through access and can accommodate big rigs up to 40 feet by 75 feet. Full hookups, with 30 amp and 50 amp electric, water, sewer and cable TV are provided, and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the grounds. The site has a year-round hot tub, and the pool is open from April to October. Dinner can be ordered and delivered to your site from Scott's Chuckwagon Cafe, which is at the KOA and cooks BBQ over mesquite and pecan wood onsite. Bathrooms, showers and laundry facilities are available, and pets are welcome.
