Etowah River Campground

The Etowah River Campground is located in Dahlonega, 10 minutes west of the center of town. Guests will discover 62 sites spread over 28 acres. Hook-ups include 50-amp electric, free Wi-Fi, water and sewer. The campground has picnic tables, riverside access, raft rides, firewood delivery, bathrooms and showers.

R Ranch in the Mountains

R Ranch in the Mountains can be found 15 minutes from the center of Dahlonega. Visitors will find 140 sites spread out over 1,027 acres. Hook-ups include 30- and 50-amp electric as well as water. Campers will need to haul out their own sewage. The campsite has a pool, horseback riding for free, tennis courts, basketball court, horseshoe pit, playground, canoeing, walking trails, fire pits and LP gas.

Springer Mountain Campground

The Springer Mountain Campground sit in the southern portion of Chattahoochee National Forest, 13 minutes northeast of the town of Emma. RV campers can choose from among four sites set over 100 acres. Electric hook-ups are available. The campground has bathrooms, showers, fire pits and a tent pitching area. Pets are welcome.
