Bayou Bob's
Bayou Bob's restaurant has two locations, one in Florida and one in Denver. Bayou Bob's serves authentic Southern cuisine with a distinct Cajun flair. The lunch and dinner menu share the same food items and starters (known as Nibblins) range from crawfish cakes, to fried pickles to hush puppies. Traditional salads are available with a specialty salad that adds fried crayfish. House specialties feature several catfish options as well as blackened steaks, chicken and fish. Under the section of the menu titled "Dis-n-Dat" look for oyster dinners and cajon combeaux, which is a rice and beans combo with shrimp etouffee, jambalaya and gumbo. Po Boy sandwiches and Cajun fries washed down with Louisiana bottled beers round out the menu. Wines and specialty drinks are available.
