You will also find numerous opportunities to explore the outdoors at parks such as Lake Afton Park and Chisholm Creek Park, which features 160 different species of birds. All Seasons RV Campground Wichita

The All Seasons RV Campground is located along the Western edge of Wichita. The park has 48 sites, all with full hookups. Electrical hookups at the sites are available at 20/30/50 amps. In addition, the park has 42 pull-throughs, RV storage, propane and laundry facilities. Other amenities include a limited grocery store and Wi-Fi Internet access. The RV campground is open year-round and pets are welcome there, as long as they are kept on a leash. Big rigs are also welcome at All Seasons. The park is just a 20-minute drive away from Lake Afton. At Lake Afton, you will find numerous walking trails as well as opportunities for lake fishing and boating.

Blasi Campground

The Blasi Campground is located along West Highway 54. The campground has 110 sites, some of which are set up for extended stays. Ninety-eight sites have full hookups and the remaining 12 have just water and electricity. Electrical hookups are available at 20/30/50 amps. In addition, you'll find 104 pull-throughs, Wi-Fi Internet access, propane, laundry facilities and a convenience store. Other amenities include a swimming pool as well as tennis and basketball courts. The park is open year round. Big rigs and pets are welcome at Blasi Campground. Blasi is also just a 20-minute drive to Lake Afton Park. The park is a popular place for those that enjoy fishing and hunting. Fish stocked at the lake include catfish and largemouth bass. There is also a shooting range at the park.

USI RV Park

USI RV Park is located on a 20-acre lot along Wichita's east side. The park has 75 sites all with full hookups at 30 and 50 amps. Other facilities include 63 pull-throughs, RV storage, propane gas and laundry facilities. In addition, there is Wi-Fi Internet access for a fee as well as picnic tables, horseshoes and a playground. As with the other RV campgrounds mentioned, USI is open year-round, and both pets and big rigs are welcome. Chisholm Creek Park is just 2 miles away from USI RV Park. At 282 acres, the park is one of Wichita's largest and has 2.5 miles of paved trails, perfect for walking and biking.
