Sun Roamers RV Resort is situated 30 minutes to the south of Poplarville, Mississippi. This RV resort caters to all types of RV campers and includes: a large, Olympic-sized swimming pool, a chapel, wireless Internet, and full hook-ups at most of the RV sites. The sites come with 50-amp service and are large enough to accommodate slide-out RVs. Friendship Park, located only 10 minutes from the resort, offers campers moderate hiking trails. Perk Beach RV Park is located 45 minutes from downtown Poplarville, right outside the Dean Griffin Memorial Airport. This site has various amenities and services RVs both large and small. There are several pull-through sites on the premises. Other amenities include: full hook-ups, cable TV, laundry services, and nature trails crisscrossing the property. To find more extensive hiking, take the short ten minute drive to Flint Creek Water Park, the gateway to the large De Soto National Forest.
