Royal Chef China Bistro
On the south side of Fayetteville, the Royal Chef China Bistro serves up Chinese dishes like Kung Pao chicken, beef with broccoli and lo mein. The restaurant also offers unique menu items, like Szechuan braised shrimp and tangerine chicken. A variety of appetizers and several Mongolian meat dishes are offered, and the menu includes a section for children. The dine-in restaurant also provides both take-out and delivery, and is open for lunch and dinner every day of the week.

Diners with a hearty appetite may find the extensive all-you-can-eat buffet at Grand Buffet, located in a strip mall, a good option for either lunch or dinner. The buffet includes a salad bar and dessert bar. Take-out is also an option with the buffet. There are few surprises with the regular menu, but it offers many solid, standard items like egg foo young, chow mein, chop suey and meat items cooked several different ways. Several chef specials are available, including Hunan triple, a dish with shrimp, chicken and pork, and Tai Chin chicken cooked with peppers. The menu offeris steamed dishes for those looking to cut calories or cholesterol. The restaurant is closed on Sundays.

South of the historic district is the China Restaurant, whose menu offers a standard Chinese-American fare, as well as a kids menu and a light menu that emphasizes steamed vegetables and noodles. Lunch specials and family dinners are also available. The dining room is big enough to hold large parties and takeout is also offered. Lunch and dinner are available daily.
