Blue Martini
The Blue Martini specializes in seafood and sushi. As its name implies, this restaurant has an extensive martini menu that includes apple and white-chocolate martinis. All martinis are served in 16-ounce martini glasses. In addition to the glass, you'll get a shaker containing the remainder of the martini so you can re-fill your drink until it's gone. Beer, wine and mixed drinks are also available. The Blue Martini offers both indoor and outdoor seating and serves lunch and dinner.

Pamela's on the Hudson
Pamela's on the Hudson, located at the Newburgh Yacht Club, offers a bar menu that features salads, pizzas, sandwiches and seafood. The menu includes steamed and fried clams, pizza, quesadillas and an Asian platter with coconut shrimp, vegetable spring rolls and dim sum.
While the restaurant specializes in catering and private parties such as wedding receptions, walk-ins are welcome. You can dine inside the restaurant or outside on the terrace overlooking the Hudson River. Pamela's serves its bar menu Thursday through Saturday.

Torches on the Hudson
Torches on the Hudson opened in 2001 and specializes in American cuisine. The restaurant serves lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch. The lunch and dinner menus feature soups, salads, chicken, steak, seafood and pasta dishes. A 6,000-gallon saltwater fish tank serves as the background for the Aqua Bar which serves martinis, mixed cocktails and wine.
The children's menu, for kids 10 years of age and younger, includes chicken fingers, macaroni and cheese, hot dogs and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Torches accepts all major credit cards. Reservations are required for parties larger than 25 and recommended for smaller parties. Reservations apply to inside dining only. Outside tables are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
