Selections include the hot fudge peanut brittle sundae consisting of homemade hot fudge, vanilla ice cream, peanut butter brittle and whipped cream; a summer camp sundae that is made of vanilla ice cream topped with homemade hot fudge, graham crackers, toasted marshmallows and whipped cream; and a caramel rum raisin bread pudding sundae, made from caramel rum raisin sauce, warm bread pudding and vanilla ice cream. Blue Marble Ice Cream

Blue Marble serves ice cream made on a farm in Hudson Valley, New York, using organic grass-fed dairy and organic sugar. No artificial coloring or flavoring is used, and the ice cream is made to order weekly. Flavors include chocolate, strawberry, vanilla, ginger, coffee, strawberry, mint chip, blackberry, butter pecan, maple, pistachio almond, green tea, cinnamon and sweet cream.
