Each side of the duplex comes with the same design and the back doors of each unit leads straight onto the sands of the upper Kure beach.
Each unit comes with a total of seven bedrooms and four bathrooms. The unit is fully furnished with five of the seven bedrooms coming with single queen-size beds, one with a queen-size and a twin-size bed and one extra large room with a queen-size and two single-size beds. The unit comfortably sleeps 15 people.
The entire unit is stocked from the bathroom to the kitchen. The bathroom includes towels, soap and some light toiletries. Outside each of the four bathrooms is a linen closet with towels available for beach use. Each unit comes equipped with a large, modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The kitchen comes with a variety of pots, pans, dishes, flatware and glasses.
Each unit is available at a weekend, weekly or monthly rate. Season long requests must be placed at least six months in advance.

Ocean Dunes Resort
Ocean Dunes Resort is a condo on Kure Beach comprised mainly of private owners. However, they have reserved one unit as a vacation-only rental.
The rental unit lies on the third floor of the complex and comes with stunning views of not only Kure Beach but all of Paradise Island and the rising sun on the Atlantic.
The unit comes with three bedrooms and two full baths. With the bed array and living room sleeper sofa the unit comfortably sleeps eight people. The unit is equipped with a full kitchen with all the modern appliances you will need. This includes a fridge, oven with stove top, microwave and dishwasher. Further, the kitchen comes with a selection of cookware, dishes, glasses and flatware.
The condo resides in a resort-like complex. Amenities include an indoor heated pool with hot tub, outdoor seasonal pool, fitness center, tennis courts, shuffleboard and an outside gazebo with grilling stations.

Kure Beach Villas
This villa lies directly on the upper sands with a trail leading to the popular Kure Beach pier and harbor. The Villa itself is a tri-level townhouse with many windows. Views from the third floor show all of Paradise Island and the harbor.
The ground floor offers one bedroom with a half bath and oven with burner. The second floor offers the master bedroom, one other guest bedroom, two full baths, a living room area and a full-size kitchen with all necessary appliances. However, guests will need to bring their own dishware. The top floor comes with its own living room area, two more bedrooms and one and a half baths.
All the living rooms come with state-of-the-art electronics, which include flat-panel televisions, DVD players and surround sound. The entire town home comes with high-speed Internet. Additionally, in the front (opposite the beach) comes a seasonal outdoor heated pool shared with the property adjacent to the town home.
The entire property can easily sleep 12 people and comes with a total of four bathrooms. Rental is available at weekend and weekly rates.
