Campgrounds in Sea Isle City, New Jersey
Located along the Atlantic Ocean in Cape May County, New Jersey, Sea Isle City is an ideal destination for campers who enjoy water sports. The area offers many attractions including Cold Spring Village and Maritime Museums, Cape May-Lewes Ferry and the Atlantic City Casinos. Many campgrounds are situated lakeside or within minutes of the ocean.

Avalon Campground

Avalon Campground has accommodations for RV sites, cabin rentals, tent sites and trailer rentals. The camp also has two swimming pools, cable TV, picnic tables, fire rings, laundry facilities, and wireless Internet access. RV sites have full hookups and 30- and 50-amp service. Cabins have one or two bedrooms and are equipped with charcoal grill, outdoor fire ring and a picnic table. The camp is just 10 minutes from the beach and less than 2 miles away from Beaver Swamp Fish and Wildlife Management Area.

Frontier Campground

Frontier Campground offers tent sites, RV sites and tree-house camping. Amenities include picnic tables, fire rings, playground, recreation room and shower facilities. RV sites have full hookups, 50-amp service and satellite dish TV. Tree-house rentals come with bunk beds, kitchen and stove top, outside deck, picnic table, fire ring and grill. Campers can enjoy many water activities in the area including fresh and saltwater fishing, swimming, canoeing and sailing.

Big Timber Lake Camping Resort

Big Timber Lake Camping Resort accommodates tent sites, cabin rentals and RV sites. The resort is situated on over 100 acres of woodland with two freshwater lakes. Campers can enjoy the swimming lake, fishing lake, swimming pool, miniature golf, bocce, volleyball and shuffleboard on site. Other activities include hiking and kayaking. Sites have full hookups, wireless Internet connection, cable TV and modern bathhouses. Local attractions provide the campers even more activities and include the Stone Harbor, Wildwood boardwalk and amusements, Cape May City historic district and Cape May Point Lighthouse and State Park.
