The Mountain Shadows RV Park has 110 full hookup and 13 electric and water sites. The park's location offers quick highway access to the routes to Little and Big Cottonwood canyons and the Alta and Snowbird ski resorts. Less than a 40-minute drive is the Salt Island Adventures marina. An outdoor heated pool and spa, dog walk, basketball and volleyball courts are on the park grounds.

Mountain Shadows is open year round and allows pets. Forty-five of their sites are pull-through. Free cable and Wi-Fi are available. Laundry facilities, hot showers and a convenience store are available on the premise.

Salt Lake City KOA

Seventeen miles away in Salt Lake City is the Salt Lake City KOA.The State Fair Park, located less than a half-mile away from the campground, gives walkers, joggers and cyclists access to miles of trails. The Jordan River walking trails also start on-site. Two pools, volleyball courts and basketball courts are on the premise for other recreation.

The KOA has full-hookup, pull-through sites with free Wi-Fi and cable TV. Picnic tables are available at each site and barbecue pits are available for an additional cost. Laundry facilities and showers are available. A car wash, two restaurants, grocery store, game room and hair cutting services are also on location.

Twenty-two miles from Draper is the Pony Express RV Resort in North Salt Lake, which is approximately 30 minutes from the Brighton and Alta ski resorts. A pool and playground are on-site.

Daily, monthly and weekly rates are available at the Pony Express RV Resort along with full hookup (20, 30 and 50 amps) back-in sites.
