East Lake Fish Camp
If you want to camp in Kissimmee for the fishing, you can't do much better than East Lake Fish Camp. The RV sites offer full electric hookup. If you don't have a boat, you can rent one. There is also a full bait and tackle shop at the campground. The lake at this park offers the chance reel in some big bass, and you may want to check the website to see whether you can arrive in time for one of the park's fishing tournaments.

Merry D RV Sanctuary
Merry D RV Sanctuary features 85 sites offering full hookup, including 30/50-amp electrical. This campground provides room for slide-outs and has 34 pull-through spaces. Facilities include bathrooms, showers, laundry, library and a church. This is another good choice for those coming to Kissimmee for the fishing because it has its own pond. Other on-site recreation includes shuffleboard, horseshoes and a playground. The park is 10 minutes from Walt Disney World and Medieval Times dinner show as well as the 3-mile long Disney Wilderness Preserve Loop and Interpretive Trail, a 12,000-acre tract of conserved wetland that is not owned by Disney.

Orange Grove Campground
Within 30 minutes of Orange Grove Campground is the 7-mile Turkey Lake Park Nature Trail, the 15-mile Hal Scott Preserve bike trail and 36 miles of Class I kayaking along the Econlockhatchee River. The RV park itself has a swimming pool, playground and rec hall. There are 179 spaces with full hookup, including 30/50-amp electric. Orange Grove has three pull-through sites and room for slide-outs. Facilities include bathrooms, showers, laundry and a library.

Tropical Palms Resort and Campground
Tropical Palms Resort and Campground offers a choice of sites for your vehicle. Economy back-in and pull-through has 30-amp electric, but no sewer. Standard back-in and pull-through are full-hookup with 30 amp electric, but there are some size restrictions. The premium pull-through sites are full hookup with 50-amp electric that can take on any size vehicle. Recreation on-site includes a heated pool, shuffleboard, beach volleyball and biking and walking paths.
