The Stockade
Listed on the National Registration of Historical Places, the Stockade originally was a stockade during the Civil War. The National Registration of Historical Places lists the stockade as an archaeological site. The Stockade occupies 30 acres of land and is certified by the National Wildlife Federation as a Backyard Wildlife Habitat.
