Millersburg is a small quiet community and the home of the Millersburg Ferry, which has been in operation since the early 1800s and is the last operating ferry on the Susquehanna River. Road cyclists will find 15 miles of road cycling available to them in Millersburg itself. The Appalachian Mountain Trail also passes nearby and portions of the trail can easily be accessed. There are also various nearby mountain biking trails such as the Devils Race Course and the Stony Valley Rail Trail.
