Tawas Point State Park
Tawas Point State Park is located on Tawas Point which is a small peninsula in Lake Huron that forms Tawas Bay. It has 193 camp sites that include electricity, a picnic table and fire ring along with modern restrooms that have private showers. Facility amenities include a playground, picnic pavilion and beach house along with a lighthouse. There is a two mile hiking trail accessible from the campground that runs through the park and along the beach. Guests are just a few hundred feet from either Tawas Bay or Lake Huron where there is a beach on both sides where they can swim. There is also fishing opportunities in the park where guests will find fishing piers in Tawas Bay.

East Branch River RV Park
East Branch River RV Park is located six miles west of Tawas City on the east branch of the Au Gres River. It offers 38 full service campsites that can accommodate any size unit and includes electric, water and sewer along with a picnic table and fire pit. Facility amenities include modern restrooms with private showers, laundry room and picnic pavilion. Guests have access to over 800 feet of shoreline where they will find quality trout fishing with bank fishing and wading opportunities. There are also walking trails located in and around the park for guests to use.

East Tawas City Park
East Tawas City Park is located in downtown East Tawas directly on Tawas Bay with a 1600 foot public swimming beach. It offers 174 campsites which include electric, water, sewer and cable TV. Facility amenities include a modern bathhouse with private showers, playground and large waterfront picnic area with grills. The park is next to the Michigan DNR boat launch with access to the Tawas Bay and Lake Huron along with a fishing pier guests can use. Downtown Tawas is adjacent to the park with several restaurants and shops within a two block walk.
