Campground at Barnes Crossing
This wooded campground offers full hook-ups with 30- or 50-amp electricity and free cable TV connections and WiFi access at every site. There are 54 sites in total, 25 of which are pull-throughs. Telephone hook-ups are also available, and the campground has a shower house and coin laundry. An added plus for big-rig RVs is that the campground is near the interchange between U.S. 45 and the Natchez Trace Parkway, making the drive into or away from Tupelo much easier.

Tombigbee State Park
Six miles to the southeast of the center of Tupelo, Tombigbee State Park offers a 20-site, pet-friendly RV campground with full hook-ups. The campground is forested, and has a shower house in a central location. The sizes for most of the sites are in the 30- to 40-foot range. Other accommodations are available in the form of a tent campground and rental cabins. Among the park's other features and facilities are barbecue grills and picnic tables, fire rings, dump station, coin laundry, boat ramp, soccer field, volleyball court, and playground. The park has fishing, boating and hiking.

Natchez Trace State Park
Natchez Trace State Park has the honor of being the place where the largest bass in state history (18.15 lbs.) was caught, back in 1992. The park has two RV camping loops, with 50 sites between them. Each loop has its own central shower house, and all sites have electrical hook-ups. The state park is pet-friendly, and has picnic tables, barbecue grills, fire rings, dump station, coin laundry, boat ramp, and a playground. Other accommodations are available such as rental cabins or tent camping. The park has fishing, boating and hiking.
