LoPorto's Ristorante Caffe

Salvatore's son, Carmelo, is the executive chef and magic behind the authentic Italian food. The extensive wine list features varieties from the best wine-producing regions in the world, and there is always an expert on hand to help pair a bottle with a particular meal. The menu offers a selection of appetizers, salads, pasta specialties and baked pastas as well as veal, beef, poultry and seafood entrees. Popular dishes include clams, mussels, shrimp, scallops and calamari served fra diavolo-style, veal pizzaiola with olives and capers and rack of lamb with a rosemary mushroom sauce. The Epicurean

The Epicurean is one of the few restaurants in the region that serve traditional French cuisine. The main dining room has a classic French countryside feel to it, with plenty of candles, warm tones and rustic family-style tables. The focus at The Epicurean is breakfast and lunch, which are served Thursday through Monday. Dinner is served only on Saturday evenings, and a four-course brunch is served on Sundays. French-born chef Dominique Brialy has crafted a menu filled with seasonal, traditional French fare, including coquilles St-Jacques in a white wine and leek sauce, braised lamb shank served with thyme-infused couscous and sautéed duck breast with raspberry sauce, asparagus and gratin dauphinois. The breakfast menu features traditional egg dishes as well as quiche, croissants, omelets and eggs Benedict. Lunch features a variety of soups, salads, grilled items and sandwiches, such as Black Forest ham and butter on a French baguette.
