Mama Mexico

Mama Mexico has three locations, with the main restaurant situated in the heart of Midtown. Every Saturday and Sunday from noon to 3 p.m., this restaurant offers Mexican brunch featuring authentic dishes like huevos con chorizo, which is scrambled eggs with Mexican sausage with onion, pepper, green sauce and melted cheese. For lunch or dinner, a variety of combination platters are available in addition to traditional Mexican fare. A extensive menu of seafood items are available as well, including huachinango al ajillo, a whole red snapper served in a garlic sauce with black beans, rice, lettuce and guacamole. Desserts include a selection a crepes, deep-fried ice cream and fruit-filled burritos.
