Big Pine Campground
Big Pibe has sites for RVs of most sizes and offers 30-amp electric, water, sewer, free Wi-Fi and cable TV hookups. Tent campers can be accommodated. The nearby Mickelson Trail affords hikers and bikers opportunities to ply their respective sports. Anglers can give Battle Creek a go for brown trout, or the Lakota Biltmore Lake for brown and rainbow trout.

Custer's Gulch RV Park offers RV travelers a campground with a range of amenities and services. Large RVs can be accommodated. Sites come with either 20-, 30- 50-amp electric, water, sewer, cable TV and Wi-Fi. Many sites abut the national forest and are surrounded by large pine trees. Pets are welcome. Hiking and mountain biking can be found at the Chief White Crane Recreation area about 20 minutes from the campground.
