Orlando, Florida, Campgrounds & RV Parks

Orlando, Florida, Campgrounds & RV Parks
Orlando draws tourists from around the world to theme parks such as Universal Studios Florida. Perhaps most recognizable of these theme parks is Walt Disney World, actually located in neighboring Kissimmee to the south. However, any direction from Orlando will lead to a worthy destination where RV campers can find a base camp from which to explore central Florida.

Lake Louisa State Park

West of Orlando, campers will find this state park on the shores of Lake Louisa offering RV and tent sites with electric and water hookups. This large lake is linked to 12 other area lakes by the Palatlakaha River offering paddlers many miles to explore. Miles of hiking and equestrian trails, wildlife viewing, and multiple fishing opportunities add to the park's attractions. The open lake view campsites at the park are accompanied by restrooms and showers.
