Griffin Island Campground
Griffin Island is a private island located on Douglas Lake. Camper rentals are available as well as RV campsites with full water, sewer and electric hookups. Campers include a full bathroom, stove, refrigerator, television, microwave, coffee maker and cooking utensils. Guests must provide their own linens, pillows and towels. Primitive tent sites are available but may only be rented in addition to a camper rental as of January 2010. Amenities include horseshoe pits and a picnic area with charcoal grills. This campground offers boat rentals for guests to enjoy on Douglas Lake, and fishing is permitted with average catches including Crappie, Large mouth Bass, Walleye, Catfish and Bluegill.

Mountain Cove Marina & RV Park
Mountain Cover Marina offers pontoon boat rentals and cabin rentals on Douglas Lake. The RV park is located within walking distance from the marina. RV sites at the Mountain Cove RV park vary from 30 to 60 feet in length. Water and electrical hookups are available, and a dump station is located on the premises. Park amenities include satellite television, restrooms and showers, laundry facilities and an on-site camp store. Lakefront and wooded sites are available. Visitors can enjoy swimming from the RV park while boat ramps are located at the marina and free for guests to use.

Ripplin' Waters Campground
The Ripplin' Waters Campground has 156 campsites with full-service hookups including water, sewer and electric. Cabins are also available for rent, although guests must provide their own linens, towels and pillows. Campground amenities include laundry facilities, restrooms and showers, outdoor swimming pool, arcade room, children's playground, free wireless Internet access and a camp store selling toiletries, snacks and propane gas. Pets are not permitted in the cabins, but they are allowed in the RV park and campground as long as they remain leashed or inside the RV at all times. This campground is located on the eastern bank of the Little Pigeon River approximately 4 miles away from Douglas Lake.
