The Transition Super Power Tights are windproof and provide breathability while enabling an effective range of motion and flexibility. The tights are close-fitting to increase warmth, and they have articulated knees and stretch panels to improve range of motion and breathability. The pants also feature a soft internal drawcord at the waist for a comfortable fit as well as zippers on the legs to help with easy on and off. These tights are suited for skate skiing or classic style skiing at warmer temperatures. The Mountain Hardware's Super Tights come in male and female styles.

Patagonia's Integral Pants are for skiing in all types of weather conditions. The pants are made from a grid fleece fabric that keeps you dry and warm when exerting yourself in cold-weather conditions. The thighs are also windproof, and a water-repellent finish protects you from light rain and snow. A flexible fabric is used at the knees and waist to provide the extra stretch and range of motion necessary for Nordic skiing. Flexible fabric is also found at the ankles, and along with zippered ankles allows an adjustable fit over ski boots. The pants are slim-fitted to go with a base layer underneath for additional warmth.
