Beaver Valley Campground is north of Portlandville in Milford. Interesting things to see in the area include the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown. Other activities include shopping, fishing, exploring museums, golf and outdoor activities at Glimmerglass State Park. The campground features an outdoor pool, baseball field, fishing pond, basketball court, two playgrounds, arcade and a fossil dig site. Other amenities include a store, two laundry rooms and a bathhouse. Rental boats are available. Sites come equipped with water and electricity. Some sites also include sewer.
