The well-groomed property features shady picnic areas and manicured lawns, communal hot tub, outdoor fireplace, badminton courts and a children's playground area. Each cottage has free parking, a large front porch and its own barbecue grill. Inside, guests will find a clean, comfortable living space with home-style furnishings, fully equipped kitchens and either two or three bedrooms. Amenities range from cable television to air conditioning to plush carpeting. Not only are all cabins pet-friendly, but management is willing to walk or babysit guest pets if needed and can also supply items such as leashes, collars, toys and water dishes.

Lake House on Lake George

This charming, five-bedroom lake house is situated on one acre of land and is nestled along the western shore of Lake George at the entrance to Boon Bay. Lake George Village is six miles south, allowing easy access to local eateries and attractions. On-site amenities include a two-bay garage, modern Weber gas grill with propane tanks, firewood, picnic table, lounge furniture and children's playhouse. Additionally, guests have access to a double-level boathouse, rowboat and crib dock equipped to handle a vessel up to 23 feet long. The interior is spacious and well-appointed, featuring a large main room with cable television and DVD player and a 12-person dining table. The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. All bedrooms include plush pillows and linens, and all bathrooms have a shower and tub, along with towels and washcloths. Pets are subject to an additional fee, and dogs must be on a leash when leaving the house. Dogs are also provided with a cozy doggy bed.

These cozy cottages are situated on the lake, surrounded by lush tall pines, and have been accommodating guests for more than a half-century. Family-style dining and shopping are only 4 1/2 miles away at Lake George Village. The property features a boat dock, ample car parking and a 50-capacity dining room serving complimentary continental breakfast during the spring, summer and fall. Roomy accommodations include choice of four one-bedroom or two two-bedroom cottages that sleep four to six people. Amenities include plush bedding with linens, fully equipped kitchen with appliances and utensils, living area, sleeper sofa, cable television, air conditioning, screened porch and outdoor grill. Guests should bring their own towels, and maid services are available for an extra charge. In addition, pets are subject to an added fee and management must be notified in advance. Interested parties should also inquire about group discounts and package rates.
