Quartz Flat Campground
Quartz Flat Campground is located about 4 miles west of Tarkio near the Quartz Flat Rest Area off Interstate 90. The campground encompasses 40 acres, with campsites on either side of the interstate. Access to the campground is through the opposing rest areas.
The campground has 77 campsites with seven RV pull-through sites. Maximum trailer length is 40 feet. The campground has paved roads and spurs, drinking water, a waste disposal site and handicapped-accessible restrooms. The area also offers a boat launch and a campground host. Operational hours are mid-May through mid-September.
Enjoy fishing, boating and swimming along the Clark Fork River nearby where you can find rainbow trout, westslope cutthroat, eastern brook trout, bull trout and longnose suckers.

Trout Creek Campground
Trout Creek Campground is between Tarkio and Superior along Interstate 90. The campground encompasses 6 acres of the Lolo National Forest. Access the campground through Superior (at exit 47, 14 miles west of Tarkio). After exiting, drive 7 miles southeast of Superior on Montana Highway 269, then 3 miles southwest on Forest Road 250.
The campground has 12 campsites and seven picnic sites. The maximum recommended RV length is 30 feet. The campground has restrooms, drinking water, established fire pits and a campground host. Gas and groceries are available within 7 miles of the campground. Operational hours are mid-May through early June.
Enjoy fishing the nearby Clark Fork River and hiking and biking the many trails of Lolo National Forest. Or enjoy a day of golfing at the nearby Frenchtown King Ranch Golf Course or the St. Regis Trestle Creek Gold Course.

Campground St. Regis
Campground St. Regis is 28 miles west of Tarkio along Interstate 90. To access the campground, take exit 33 at St. Regis.
The campground features 75-foot-plus pull-throughs as well as tent trailer and tent sites. The campground's full-hookup sites include 50-amp service. All other sites provide 20-, 30- and 50-amp service. The campground has water, electricity, picnic tables and fire rings at all sites. The campground also has restrooms and showers, a laundry facility, propane and a dump station. Guests can enjoy a heated swimming pool, playground, game room, Western gift store and a mini-market.
Two golf courses are nearby as well as opportunities to fish, whitewater raft, horseback ride and gamble.
Group rates, as well as weekly and monthly rates are available. Good Sam, AAA, KOA and veteran cardholders receive a 10 percent discount. Pets are welcome, and horse boarding is available with advance notice.

Jim & Mary's RV
Jim and Mary's RV Park is located at the intersection of Interstate 90 and U.S. Highway 93, about 36 miles east of Tarkio and within 10 minutes of downtown Missoula.
The park is open year-round. It is family owned and operated. The campground has 68 sites with big-rig access, pull-through sites, handicap accessible restrooms, showers, community room, gift shop, laundry facilities, cable TV and free Wi-Fi. Hookups include: 50-amp service, water and sewer. The campground is a Good Sam Park. Pets are welcome. Reservations are recommended.
Jim & Mary's is located near the Montana Snowbowl ski area. Also nearby is the Frenchtown Pond State Park, Lolo Hot Springs and Kootenai Creek, a popular whitewater rafting area.
