RV Parks in Meeker, CO
Visitors to Meeker, Colorado will find a number of outdoor activities to pursue. The Flat Tops Trail Scenic Byway is right at the north end of town. This is one of the best wildlife viewing areas in the state. Other popular activities around Meeker include hiking, backpacking and cross-country skiing. Rafting and horseback riding are popular in the river area.

Bucks Campground

There are only 10 sites in this park, so arrive early in the day if you want to secure a space. The park doesn't take reservations. Only RVs under 36 feet will fit into the sites. Electricity hookups are available, but all other items must be obtained separately. Potable water is available from a pump, while trash disposal and a trailer dump station make it easier to keep the RV clean and in good condition. Toilets and picnic tables are on site. While there are no activities within the campground, several hiking trails start right here, including the Wall Lake Trail and the Stillwater Trail.

East Marvine Campground

RVs up to 50 feet will fit into this campground, which only has seven sites available. Drinking water and toilets are available on the grounds, but otherwise this is a primitive site. No electric hookups or dump stations are available. Fire grates are provided, and campers are forbidden to start fires in any other way or form than in the grates. Trash disposal is possible, although a local sign encourages you to take your garbage out with you, if possible. Picnic tables are available, and the park provides access to two trails and plenty of lakes. This campground operates on a first come, first served basis. When the camp is full, overflow camping is allowed on a side road.

Wilderness Rendezvous RV Park

If you're looking for full hookups and plenty of space, the Colorado Wilderness Rendezvous RV Park offers both. All sizes of trailers and RVs will fit here, and the 100 sites offer 50 amp connections, wireless Internet and open views of the surrounding mountains. Showers and bathrooms have heated floors. There is an automatic check-in station at the park's entrance, or you can make a reservation online if preferred. Horseback riding, four-wheeling, hiking, snowmobiling and cross country skiing are all available just minutes outside the park's gate.
