The decade old agreement opened hundreds of thousands of acres of privately owned land to public recreation. Today, visitors to the wildlife management area enjoy the rugged terrain for hunting, fishing, hiking and camping. The Three Rivers Wildlife Management Area offers only primitive camping, but visitors looking for modern accommodations can find a wide range of cabins in nearby Broken Bow, Oklahoma.

Battiest Rocky Top Cabin

Larry and Jana Bryant's Battiest Rocky Top Cabin borders the Three Rivers Wildlife Management Area. The cabin rests on 300 secluded acres in the Quachita Mountains. Silver Creek winds through the homestead. Guests prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen then devour the chow on the homemade cedar dining table. The two-story cabin sleeps up to 12 people with sleeping accommodations on both levels. Satellite TV broadcasts world events while the isolated surroundings calm every guest's mind.

Beavers Ben Wildlife Museum, Taxidermy Studio, and Cabin Rental

Located at the Beavers Bend State Park, guests of Beavers Ben Wildlife Museum's rental cabins enjoy the advantages of great location and local flavor. The museum exhibits wildlife scenes of howling wolves and the fish of legendary creeks. Visitors to the taxidermy shop observe artists preserving wildlife for display. Canyon Creek Cabins

Canyon Creek Cabins provides guests with simple comforts. Centrally located, the cabins sit between Mountain Fork River, Hochatown, Beavers Bend State Park and the Three Rivers Wildlife Management Area. Guests rent horses for hours of backwoods adventures, while ATV riders roam the 400,000 acres of recreational lands. The Mount Herman Grocery located on the premises is stocked with all necessary supplies. Canyon Creek Cabins offers a variety of cabins, the smallest sleeps up to two people while the Farm House accommodates up to four. Each cabin has a kitchenette, linens and satellite television.
