R & S Mobile Home and RV Park
Established in 1997 and frequently renovated, this RV park offers full hookups, plus free wireless Internet and cable TV. Those who come without their own RV can rent one of the furnished ones within the park and can camp in comfort. While there are no amenities within the campground, a casino is right across the street, and numerous historical plantations are within 30 minutes driving distance. A convenience store is also located just outside the park. A Laundromat, showers and bathrooms are available.

LaPlace Trailer & RV Park
This 46-site RV park offers full hookups, as well as wireless Internet connection and lots of shaded sites. Big rig access is possible, and most sites are pull-through. There are no public showers available, but bathrooms are on the premises. Some of the sites are paved. There are no amenities within the campground, but Jean Lafitte National Historic Park and Preserve is right next door and offers plenty of opportunities for hiking, boating and exploring the outdoors.

Uncle Sam's Rv and Trailer Park
Uncle Sam's RV Park is mostly a residential park. This means a large percentage of the residents are there fulltime. As a result, things that might not be allowed in other RV parks are commonplace here, including being allowed to wash or work on your RV, hanging your laundry and outside BBQ's. Full hookups are available but the park doesn't offer wireless Internet or cable. A small convenience store sells the basics (such as snacks and you need to keep you comfortable without leaving the park. There are no amenities within the campground but bathrooms and laundry facilities are available. There are plenty of opportunities for swimming, hiking and biking around. Both Bayou Segnette State Park and Jean Lafitte National Historic Park & Preserve are just minutes away.
