RV Parks Near Eagle, CO
Eagle, Colorado is a small town in the Vail Valley that has plenty of opportunities for those interested in outdoor recreation. During the warmer months you can use nearby hiking and mountain biking trails, and you can hunt in the Arapahoe National Forest and fish along the Colorado River. During the winter, Vail Resorts and Beaver Creek provide world-class skiing and snowboarding.

Sylvan Lake State Park

Sylvan Lake State Park is southeast of Eagle, and is operated by the state of Colorado. The park has 44 campsites that can accommodate tents and recreational vehicles, but do not have hookups. However, a camper services building has toilets and showers during the summers, and water is also available. Pit toilets are available all year. Also, Sylvan Lake State Park has picnic areas, a dump station, and a visitor's center.

Deep Lake Campground

Deep Lake Campground, near Eagle, Colorado is part of the White River National Forest and is operated by the Eagle Ranger District. There are 35 campsites, and it can accommodate a recreational vehicle up to 35 feet long. Five of the sites are on the lake itself. There are also three pit toilets, fire rings with grills, and picnic tables. The Eagle Ranger District asks that visitors pack out their trash.

River Dance RV Resort

The River Dance RV Resort is west of Eagle, and has pull-through RV sites, tent sites, and storage for recreational vehicles. It also has Wi-Fi internet access, propane fill-up, and restrooms with showers. There's access to the Eagle River for swimming and fishing.

Glenwood Canyon Resort

Also west of Eagle is the Glenwood Canyon Resort. This resort has 32 RV campsites, with the larger sites offering water, sewer, and electrical hookups, while small and mid-sized sites have electric and water hookups only. There is also a laundry facility and bathrooms, a game-room, a convenience store, and access to the Colorado River. In addition, the resort provides whitewater rafting, kayaking, and mountain biking on site. It also has shuttle service to the hot springs in Glenwood Springs.
