RV Parks near Reedsport, OR

Reedsport, Oregon is five miles west of the Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area, along the southern Oregon coastline. The town offers the usual Pacific Ocean activities of crabbing, clamming and hiking the dunes, while also offering visitors the chance to see a large herd of Roosevelt Elk, who graze on a 1000-acre preserve four miles east of the city. RV campgrounds are available near the ocean, as well as a bayfront and a lakeside facility.

Surfwood RV Campground

The Surfwood is located two miles south of the Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area and a short distance from the beach. All 150 sites are shaded with mature trees and offer pull-through access with full hook-ups that include cable television and complimentary Internet. Park facilities include picnic tables and fire rings, a laundry room, playground, fish cleaning stations, tennis and basketball courts, an outdoor seasonal swimming pool, dry sauna and RV storage. A club room has a big screen television, meeting area, wood stove and a snack shop. Guests also have access to hiking trails around the park, all of which are expressly ATV free.

Winchester Bay RV Resort

The Winchester Bay Resort is located five miles southwest of Reedsport on Winchester Bay. All sites have views of either the bay or the Umpqua River, and guests have access to waterfront bicycle paths and over 40 miles of beaches. Park amenities include picnic tables, barbecue pits, showers, restrooms and laundry facilities, children's playground, putting green and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Pull-through sites are available for larger rigs and weekly and monthly discount rates apply. The resort is located in proximity to several restaurant and shopping venues.

Loon Lake Lodge and RV Resort

The Loon Lake resort is located 20 miles west of downtown Reedsport, on the east shore of the Loon Lake Recreation Site. Park facilities include a marina, boat docks, gasoline dock, watersport equipment rentals, a general store and a full-service restaurant. Pull-through and back-in sites offering full hook-ups are available with lakefront views or among forested stands of mature Fir, Cedar and Hemlock trees. Pets are welcome with some restrictions and a fee. Sites may be reserved online and discounts are offered for members of AAA, Good Sam and Camping Club. Reduced rates are offered for the off-season and for primitive sites.
