Prineville, Oregon, RV Parks
Prineville is a mid-sized town in central Oregon on the east side of the Cascades. Deschutes and Ochoco national forests are right outside of Prineville, offering hiking, fishing and camping. Newberry National Volcanic Monument is in Ochoco National Forest and has brilliant scenery, including hardened lava flows, pumice cones, and Lava River Cave. In addition to camping in the National Forests, Prineville has three RV parks.

Crook County RV Park

Crook County RV Park has 81 spaces with pull-through access for rigs up to 70 feet long. Full hookups, with 30-amp and 50-amp electric, water, sewer and cable TV are available. There is no Wi-Fi or phone service. A covered picnic area with night lighting is on-site. Pets are allowed at the park. Restrooms and showers are available, and there is a dump station on-site. The facility is open year-round and offers daily, weekly and monthly rates.

Prineville Reservoir Resort

Prineville Reservoir Resort is a popular spot for boating, fishing, swimming and water skiing. The facility has 71 RV spaces with pull-through access; 30-amp and 15-amp hookups are provided. Of the sites, 22 have full hookups with water and sewer, while the rest have electric and water. Cable TV and Wi-Fi are not available. Showers and bathrooms are available. Pets are allowed at Prineville, and camping is permitted year-round.

Sun Rocks RV Resort

Sun Rocks RV Resort has 87 RV sites with a mixture of pull-through and back-in access. Full hookups with 50-amp electric, water and sewer are available. The resort has a swimming pool, Jacuzzi and playground on-site. There is a convenience store on-site and a picnic area with a grill. The site has restrooms and showers. Pets are allowed.
