St. Johns, Ore., is a suburb of Portland close to Forest Park and about a two-hour drive from the Pacific coast. It is also a short distance from Mount Hood National Forest, which offers a habitat for wildlife as well as outdoor activities like hiking and mountain biking. Area attractions include the end of the Oregon Trail.

The park is near the Enchanted Forest theme park and Columbia River Gorge. The campground has a rec room with TV and movie library, fitness room, laundry facility, bath house, kitchen and restrooms. Sites come with water and electricity. Selected sites include sewer.

The park has bath houses, laundry facilities and restrooms. Sites are paved and have cable, Internet and picnic tables. Most have full hookups with electric. Pull-thru sites are available. Pets are welcome but must be on a leash. The Oregon Trail and the Oregon Zoo are nearby.

Portland-Fairview RV Park

The park is near museums and the Hoyt Arboretum. The campground has a clubhouse with kitchen, picnic sites, fitness center, laundry room and bath houses. On-site activities include an outdoor pool, hot tub, horseshoes and basketball court. Sites have a concrete slab and come with full hookups, Wi-Fi, satellite TV and optional phone connection. Pull-thru sites are available.
