Sussex is a small Canadian town in the province of New Brunswick. Sussex provides tourists with a close location to outdoor recreational sites in the area. Sussex is less than 20 minutes away from the Bay of Fundy, which has facilities for deep sea fishing and boating excursions. Sussex also is near Fundy National Park, a site that provides opportunities for hiking, cycling and camping.

Located approximately 20 minutes from downtown Sussex, Adair's Wilderness Lodge features a series of cabins that provide amenities such as full-furnished bathrooms with a Jacuzzi and shower, living room area, kitchen with refrigerator and oven and two bedrooms. Other amenities on Adair's grounds include a speckled pond that provides opportunities for fishing, as well as paths that are suitable for hiking, ATV riding and nature walks. The Lodge is within walking distance to Walton Lake, which provides opportunities for boating, as well as swimming and fishing. Also within walking distance is the Sussex Bluff Trail, a path that is ideal for hiking, cycling and nature walks.
