Restaurants in West Trenton, New Jersey
It may be a well kept secret that West Trenton, New Jersey is a great golfing spot. Mountain View Golf Course is a full-length 18-hole course. Making it a pretty but also challenging course, water hazards are present at three holes. The course is full of hills and trees. Tee times can be booked ahead of time online. The same is true of the course at Trenton Country Club, which has an 18-hole course, as well as a driving range. Historic Washington Crossing Park, near Trenton, also has a wealth of outdoor activities. The park is named for the crossing of the Delaware river by George Washington and his army on Christmas night back in 1776. In addition to history, you can also appreciate nature at Washington Crossing Park. It is a great place for bird watching, and there are many trails for hiking and biking. After a day out on the links or exploring the park, you will want to find a relaxing spot in which to have a satisfying meal.

Palermo's

Palermo's Restaurant and Pizza has three locations--one of them in the West Trenton area. The restaurant is best known for its fresh tomato pie, which is a pizza with a thin, crispy crust and fresh, chunky tomato sauce. Sicillian thick crust pizza, calzones and stromboli are also available. Paninis, pastas, sandwiches and salads are just a few additional categories on the menu. Bring along a nice bottle of red wine if you would like it to accompany your freshly made Italian meal, because this restaurant is a BYOB. If you prefer to take out, you can place your order online.
