Nick & Sam's
Established in 1999, Nick and Sam's is situated in downtown Dallas. The atmosphere is dark and romantic, with intimate mood lighting. The decor is classic and refined. The menu features a fine assortment of steaks and seafood. A complimentary caviar appetizer is served. Favorite items include Maine lobster macaroni and cheese and the prime bone-in 16 oz. filet. There is an extensive wine list offering 30 wines by the glass and more than 450 labels. Desserts include white chocolate blueberry bread pudding and Bailey's tiramisu. The restaurant has options for private dining and will cater events. They will even provide your holiday meal. Reservations are recommended and can be made online.

Nana Restaurant
Located on the 27th floor of the Hilton Anatole, the Nana Restaurant offers guests views of the Dallas skyline with floor-to-ceiling windows. The artwork is Asian themed and part of the Trammel Crowe private collection. The menu features entrees such as slow-roasted Berkshire pork belly and 45-day aged grilled prime bone-in rib-eye. There is a special tasting menu for guests who would like to try a variety of dishes. A vegetarian tasting menu is also offered.
There are five private dining suites that can be rented for larger gatherings, complete with specialized banquet menus. Nana Restaurant is open for dinner every evening. Reservations can be made online.

Steel Restaurant and Lounge
Steel Restaurant and Lounge is located just outside downtown Dallas. The atmosphere is chic and refined, providing a romantic mood for couples. A couple can find seclusion in a cozy wasabi booth. Large parties can rent the private dining room. Artwork is provided by artist Shane Pennington. The menu features Japanese and Indochinese cuisine, from land and from the sea. There is a full sushi bar. House sushi include a hells roll and Japanese ceviche. Dessert features such specialties as chocolate maki roll and banana egg roll.
