The Myakka River State Park houses an RV campground and tent sites on its ground. The park hosts hiking, fishing, camping and wildlife observation. The Myakka River flows through the campground, giving you quick access to kayaking and fishing. Reservations are highly recommended and you can make them at ReserveAmerica.com. Sites have water and 30-amp electric hookups, and there are showers and bathrooms on the premises. Pets are allowed but must remain leashed while in the park. Y can also use the dump station on the grounds.
