A way-point on the Florida Circumnavigational Saltwater Paddling Trail, St. Andrews State Park provides a natural setting away from the developments that extend westward along the beaches. Electric and water hook-ups are available at the park's campsites along with grills and picnic areas. Anglers may choose to fish from the jetty along the piers extending into the Gulf of Mexico and Grand Lagoon, or try surf fishing. Visitors also enjoy snorkeling, SCUBA diving, and surfing in the waters surrounding the park; a boat ramp is available to ensure access to these waters. Additional amenities include restrooms with showers, a playground, dump station, and laundry facility. Pets on a leash are permitted; however, no pets are allowed on the beach.
