The Long Island steakhouse Rare 650 is known for its mix of prime steaks, sushi and Mediterranean cuisine. Start with a chopped salad or French onion soup. For an entree, try the classic porterhouse steak, South African lobster tails, pan-roasted Atlantic salmon or herb-roasted chicken. Rothmann's Steakhouse & Grill has been serving steak since 1907 and once was owned by composer Burt Bacharach and his actress wife, Angie Dickinson.
