With Ski Apache, Inn of the Mountain Gods Casino, the Spencer Theater for the Performing Arts, the Ruidoso Downs Race Track, Lincoln National Forest and other museums, art galleries, boutiques and golf courses, Ruidoso attracts visitors of varied interests. Rainbow Lake Cabin and RV Resort

Nestled in Carrizo Canyon, Rainbow Lake Cabin and RV Resort hosts Carrizo Creek and adjoins Lincoln National Forest. Two fishing lakes are within a mile of the resort, and horseback riding trails are 2 miles away. Downtown Ruidoso and Casino Apache are five minutes from the resort. The resort has 27 cabins and 49 RV sites that are equipped with water, sewer, electric and cable TV hookups. The resort features free Wi-Fi, restrooms, showers, gift shop, RV supplies store, trout-feeding pond, hiking and biking trails, laundry facility, recreation room and a picnic area with barbecue grills and fire rings.

Riverside RV Park

Located on the Rio Ruidoso River, the park offers convenient access to Ruidoso's attractions and recreation. Cree Meadows Golf Course, Mescalero Lake, Ruidoso Downs Race Track, Museum of the Horse and hiking trails in Lincoln National Forest are all within 5 miles of the park. The park has 31 RV sites, all equipped with full hookups, including cable TV. Selected sites are on the river and have private decks. The park features a picnic area, group pavilion, recreation area with benches and swings, and a laundry facility. Nightly, weekly and monthly rates are available.

Twin Spruce RV Park

Situated a half-mile from downtown Ruidoso, the park is within 4 miles of Ruidoso Downs Race Track, Museum of the Horse, Mescalero Lake and Inn of the Mountain Gods. The park has 111 sites, 71 of which are wooded, while the rest are deck sites. All sites have electricity, water and cable TV hookups. The park features a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, group pavilion, charcoal grills, picnic tables, limited RV supplies store, dump station, laundry facility and restrooms with showers. Free Internet access is available for guests via a computer in the lobby.
