Café Istanbul
Café Istanbul has served Turkish cuisine to Dallas diners since 1995. Restaurateur Owner and chef Erol Girgin presents a menu that reflects the diversity of Turkish food. It includes tasty beef, lamb and chicken dishes, as well as a selection of seafood and even Turkish pizzas, known as "pide." The restaurant also features a full bar. Cafe Istanbul's Lovers Lane location places it in walking distance of shopping in Dallas' Inwood Village, as well as the city's historic Inwood movie theatre. Café Istanbul has a second location in the northern Dallas suburb of Plano. The Dallas location is open from lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Tuesday through Friday; dinner, 5 to 10 p.m.; 11:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. Saturday; and 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday (closed on Mondays). The Plano location is open 7 days a week from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Nazar
Situated in the north Dallas County suburb of Addison, Nazar fuses Turkish and Mediterranean recipes in an upscale setting. Selim's Doner House
Selim's Doner House is the Dallas location of a Turkish fast food chain popular in Germany, home to a large number of people of Turkish descent. Doner is a flavorful, shaved meat cooked on a spit and served on pita bread. Doner is similar in flavor to gyro meat. Located in Addison, north of Dallas, Selim's is open daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
