One-Day Bus Trips Northeast in the U.S. Leaving From Pennsylvania

One-Day Bus Trips Northeast in the U.S. Leaving From Pennsylvania
Many bus lines operate tours from Pennsylvania to the northeast, and there seems to be something that would appeal to most anyone's taste. Both Pennsylvania and the nearby state of New York have great fishing, hiking and skiing in the rural areas. New York City is a huge metropolis, but Central Park's 843 acres and seven small lakes, in addition to the walking trails, provide lots of outdoor opportunities. Following are a few single-day tours.

Anderson NYC Express

Anderson Coach & Travel has regular monthly New York City Express tours scheduled, departing from Erie, Pennsylvania and other Ohio and Pennsylvania locations. They include transportation to and from the "Big Apple" for 12 hours of sight-seeing, dining or entertainment. Travelers can check out some of the famous sights, including the Empire State Building, Ground Zero or the Statue of Liberty. They can also shop at Macy's or Bloomingdale's, dine at Sardii's, spend the day in Central Park and the Central Park Zoo, or the Guggenheim and Museum of Modern Art. Other possibilities include getting tickets for one of multitudes of Broadway shows playing at all times of the year, or for a live studio audience taping of a television show.
