Operated by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Benbrook Lake is a recreational attraction located in Fort Worth, Texas. Picnicking, bicycling, boating, camping, fishing, bird watching and hiking are all popular activities at the lake. Camping and RV sites are available right by Benbrook Lake and more within close proximity.

Bear Creek Campground in Mustang Park

Located right on Lake Benbrook and maintained by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Bear Creek Campground in Mustang Park is a convenient RV site for those wishing to visit the lake. The camp has 40 sites with 20/30 amp-service and water hookups. Six sites have 50-amp service with water while two sites have a sewer hookup. Other amenities include shower and restroom facilities, boat ramps, a pavilion and picnic tables. Activities include boating, fishing and hiking.

Fort Worth Midtown RV Park

Located just about 13 miles from Benbrook Lake, Fort Worth Midtown RV Park has full hookups with 30/50-amp service. It also has other amenities, such as laundry facilities, cable TV, Internet connection and phone service. Nearby are the Botanical Gardens and the Trinity Park offering more recreational adventures.

Holiday Park Campground

Holiday Park Campground is also maintained by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and is the largest campground located right by Benbrook Lake. The camp has 65 RV sites have 20/30-amp electric and water hookups. There are also six sites that have 50 amp-electric and water hookups. Thirty-four more campsites are available but have no hookups. Facilities available to guests include restrooms with showers, boat ramps, docks and a fishing pier. The park offers miles of shorelines for swimming as well.
