Bixby Knolls is a neighborhood in Long Beach, Calif. While Bixby Knolls does not have an RV park, several of the surrounding communities offer parks with family-oriented amenities and proximity to local attractions and recreation, including Southern California beaches, golf, major league sports, Disneyland and Hollywood.

Golden Shore RV Resort

The resort has 80 sites with full hookups, including 30- and 50-amp electric, and phone and Internet services are available. The on-site store has snacks, hardware and videos for rent. Kitchen and laundry facilities are provided. The resort also has a picnic area, fire ring and barbecue, along with a pool, spa and outdoor game areas. For golf, Skylinks, 3.25 miles from Bixby Knolls, has an 18-hole, par-72 course with an illuminated driving range and putting green.

Anaheim Harbor RV Park

Anaheim is 15.5 miles from Bixby Knolls and within walking distance of Disneyland, though a free shuttle service also is available. Full hookups include 30- and 50-amp service, free cable and wireless Internet. There is a putting green, video arcade and heated pool. Boysen Park is less than 2 miles away and it has fields for soccer and softball, a volleyball court and a playground.

Anaheim RV Village

The park has 293 sites, including 23 premium locations, and it can accommodate larger coaches. Propane is sold on-site and the facilities include an RV wash. There is complimentary Wi-Fi. The park also offers a swimming pool, playground equipment and a family center with arcade games. Surfing at Seal Beach is 20 miles away.
